Training Programs

We understand that managing and leading employees can be a daunting challenge for managers and supervisors at all levels, particularly those with no experience, training or support.  Technical skills alone are not enough. To be effective, managers and supervisors need to master a range of other skills, and their companies need to provide appropriate training and support.  We can help.

In each engagement, we work with clients to understand their business culture and tailor our programs to meet specific organizational goals and objectives.  In addition to training programs and presentations for managers, we offer “train the trainer” programs for human resources professionals and others who conduct in-house training.  Our training programs and presentations are offered in partial-day, full-day, and multi-day formats, and can be delivered in-person or through various webinar platforms, according to client preferences.

Keynote Speaking

We explore themes such talent development and retention, empathetic leadership, and building and maintaining a culture of exceptional customer service.

Coaching

Our coaching services offer individualized sessions designed to realize professional growth opportunities or address common people-management concerns.  We strive to help managers at all levels get back, and stay on-track, so they can reach their potential and help their companies to prosper.

We recognize that every situation is different and that managers learn and grow in different ways.  Our coaching methods mirror our overall approach in being practical, experienced-based, and engaged.  We listen, learn, and offer constructive instruction by working through exercises and real-life examples.
